Only 2,016 bottles are sold per vintage, hence 336 cases worldwide. The cases and bottles are numbered, and each year, an original work by artist Stefan de Jaeger enhances this exceptional cuvée. In addition to expanding your cellar, you will also be collecting local art and artistic works.
A word about Stefan de Jaeger: Born in Brussels in 1957, this contemporary artist lives and works in Belgium. Initially a photographer—his use of Polaroids earned him his first exhibition in 1979—Stefan de Jaeger then turned to painting. With great mastery of abstraction, the artist pours his emotions onto the canvas.

Aging : from malolactic fermentation, 18 months in new blended barrels from Radoux
Color: deep garnet color
Nose: liquorice, impression of spearmint chocolate, morello cherry dominates
Palate: smooth, dense, nice salinity, slightly tannic finish
Alcohol: 15%
Serving: open 1 to 2 hours before serving, between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius
Storage: to enjoy or keep. Aging potential 2025 - 2055.
