La Petite Réserve 2025
150,00 € la caisse de 6 bouteilles
Somewhere between the Vignes de Compostelle and the Réserve de Famille blanc, the 2025 vintage has given rise to a new cuvée: La Petite Réserve.
Composed of 55% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris, and 5% Muscadelle, one-third of the cuvée was vinified and aged in barrels from the Nadalié cooperage, 50% of which were new oak.
A decidedly versatile cuvée, appealing from aperitif through dessert; it can be enjoyed young but shows significant aging potential (3–7 years).
